Free Shipping on Orders Over $35

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $35 or more within the United States.

Orders below $35 may be subject to a shipping fee, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Shipping eligibility and available shipping methods may vary depending on the product, destination, order size, and shipping restrictions.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received.

Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will generally begin processing on the next business day.

During periods of high order volume, promotions, or holidays, processing times may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed.

Shipping Times

After your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times generally depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Standard shipping typically takes approximately 3–7 business days within the United States.

Expedited shipping options, when available, may provide faster delivery and will display the applicable cost and estimated delivery time at checkout.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available.

You can also use our Track Your Order page to check the status of your shipment.

Tracking information may take some time to become active after the carrier receives the package.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

FACTOVAL is not responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, or delivery issues resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or been shipped.

Shipping Restrictions

Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions due to their nature, size, weight, or applicable transportation regulations.

Certain products, including some flammable, hazardous, pressurized, or gas-containing products, may have limited shipping options or may not be eligible for certain shipping methods.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the damaged packaging and product.

If your tracking information indicates that a package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier for additional information. If the package still cannot be located, contact us and we will assist you in determining the appropriate next steps.

FACTOVAL is not responsible for delays or losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, but we will work with the customer and shipping carrier to help resolve delivery issues whenever possible.

International Shipping

At this time, shipping availability may vary by destination and product. If international shipping is available for your order, the available shipping methods and applicable costs will be displayed at checkout.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
