Improve heat transfer and help protect heat-sensitive electronic components with Super Lube Silicone Heat Sink Compound. This non-curing silicone compound is blended with thermally conductive fine metal oxide powders to efficiently transfer heat away from electronic components and into heat sinks or chassis surfaces. It helps fill microscopic surface imperfections and reduce air pockets between mating surfaces for more efficient thermal transfer.
Its thermally stable, low-bleed formulation remains in place without hardening, drying out, or melting under normal operating conditions. The compound also provides high dielectric strength and adheres well to metal surfaces, making it suitable for a wide range of electronic, electrical, automotive, and industrial heat-transfer applications.
