Super Lube 92016 Silicone Lubricating Grease with Syncolon, 14.1 oz Canister

Super Lube 92016 is the 400 gram (14.1 oz) canister, a wide tub, of Super Lube Silicone Lubricating Grease with Syncolon®. It is the bulk hand-application size of the same non-curing silicone compound sold in the 3 oz 92003 tube, for maintenance departments, repair shops and production lines that use silicone grease steadily and apply it with a brush, cloth, sponge or gloved finger rather than a grease gun.

Where to use it

Plastic gears and plastic-to-plastic or metal-to-plastic contact points, bushings, sleeves and plain bearings, sealing rings, rubber parts and grommets, locks, control cables, sound-dampening applications, exercise equipment, food-processing equipment, and mold release on tools.

How to use

1. Clean and dry the area to be treated.
2. Take grease out with a clean brush, sponge or spatula, and close the lid after each use to keep dirt out.
3. Apply a film to the contact surfaces and remove the excess.

Compatibility and cautions

Compatible with the majority of rubber and plastic compounds, per Super Lube. Keep silicone out of areas where parts will be painted or bonded. Read the SDS before use.

Choosing between 92016 and 92150

Both hold 14.1 oz of the same grease. 92016 is a canister for hand, brush or sponge application; the 92150 cartridge loads into a grease gun for fittings and dispensing on a line.
